Delivery: videos arrive in 3–5 days, sent as a download link to the email you use at checkout. Nothing is shipped, so there's no shipping fee.

The rules:

• Videos for kids are welcome for wholesome occasions like birthdays, graduations, and pep talks. No inappropriate content involving minors, and Roasts are for adults only.
• Nothing meant to harass or bully someone.
• Gene can turn down any request or script for any reason. If he does, you get a full refund.
